Does the UACC-DAC-SFP10-3M work with non-Ubiquiti switches?
It is built and tested for UniFi SFP+ ports and works in most standards-based SFP+ cages, but some vendors lock ports to own-brand cables — check your switch's DAC compatibility policy before mixing brands.
What if I need more than 3 metres?
Switch to fiber: OM4 multi-mode cable with UACC-OM-MM-10G optics covers tens to hundreds of metres. Passive copper DAC is not offered longer in this family.
Why is the 3 m cable thicker than the 1 m?
Longer copper runs need heavier gauge to hold 10G signal integrity — hence 6 mm OD and a 32 mm bend radius versus 4.2 mm/22 mm on the short leads.
