The Ubiquiti UA-Ultra (Access Ultra) is an access reader with a built-in hub, for complete single-door entry control from one device. It reads NFC credentials at 13.56 MHz and supports mobile unlock over Bluetooth, and it drives the door lock directly through a 12 V DC, 1 A lock relay, with one request-to-exit input. It is powered by PoE+ (max. 18 W), connects over 10/100 Ethernet and is managed in the UniFi Access app. The slim housing is 126 × 45 × 37.45 mm, IP55 rated for indoor and outdoor use. In practice it secures a meeting room, guest room or side entrance with one cable and one device.

Compatibility — check before buying:
A single-door device. Ubiquiti states it is not compatible with standalone Access Hubs and cannot be used only as a reader for another hub. It needs a PoE+ port, and the lock must be 12 V DC at no more than 1 A. The only inputs are the lock terminal and one request-to-exit; Ubiquiti does not list a door-position sensor input.
