24V Passive PoE Adapter — 7 W, Gigabit, white

24 V passive PoE0.3 A / 7 WGigabit LANRemote reset

The Ubiquiti POE-24-7W-G-WH is the low-power, white version of Ubiquiti’s 24V PoE Adapter: a small mains injector that sends Gigabit data plus 24 V DC at up to 0.3 A (about 7 W) down one Ethernet cable. It powers a Ubiquiti device that takes 24 V passive PoE, such as a small airMAX radio or an older UniFi access point, where the switch has no PoE of its own. The adapter runs from any 100–240 V mains socket, has a reset button and remote-reset support, and is protected against surges on both the power and data sides. In practice it is the replacement or spare power supply for a single low-power 24 V device.

Compatibility — check before buying:
This is 24 V passive PoE, not IEEE 802.3af/at. It will not power standard PoE devices that expect 48 V negotiation, and a 48 V device will not start on it. 7 W is the limit — a device that draws more needs the 12 W (POE-24-12W-G) or 24 W (POE-24-24W-G) model. Power goes over pins 4,5 (+) and 7,8 (−). The AC input is an IEC-320 C6 socket; Ubiquiti does not state the plug of the cord in the box. Not sure your device uses 24 V passive PoE? Tell us the model and we check it.

Best For

✓ Spare adapter for a 24 V airMAX radio
✓ Older UniFi access points on 24 V passive PoE
✓ Replacing a lost or failed injector
✓ Links where the switch has no PoE
✓ Low-power bridges and CPE
✓ Keeping remote reset on a site

Key Features

24 V at 0.3 A
About 7 W for low-power Ubiquiti devices that take 24 V passive PoE.

Gigabit pass-through
The data port carries Gigabit Ethernet, so the link does not drop to 100 Mbps.

Reset and remote reset
Reset the powered device from the adapter button, or remotely where the device supports it.

Surge protection
Differential and common-mode protection, 1500 A (8/20 µs) on the power side.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can it power a standard PoE camera or phone?
No. It supplies 24 V passive PoE. Devices built for IEEE 802.3af/at (48 V) need a PoE switch or an 802.3af/at injector.
Is 7 W enough for my access point?
Only for low-power 24 V devices. Check the maximum power of your device; if it is above 7 W, choose the 12 W or 24 W version.
Does it slow down my link?
No. The data side is Gigabit Ethernet.
Which port goes where?
The LAN port goes to your switch or router, the PoE port to the device. Tell us your model and we confirm the right adapter.
Singular Expert Insight
We keep the POE-24-7W-G-WH as the like-for-like spare for small 24 V Ubiquiti devices. Before ordering, read the rating on your old adapter: 24 V with 0.3 A matches this unit; 0.5 A or 1 A needs the 12 W or 24 W version. For standard PoE devices, a PoE switch is the cleaner design — see our switches and UniFi access points. Singular’s direct warranty is 1 year, and we support you locally for anything beyond it.
