The Ubiquiti UACC-OM-SFP10-1290 (EAN 0810084694701) is the 1290 nm channel of Ubiquiti's 10G CWDM SFP+ family, designed to stack multiple independent 10 Gbps links onto a single-mode fiber pair through a passive CWDM mux/demux. It reaches up to 20 km over duplex LC UPC fiber at only 1.2 W, making it the natural second channel in a CWDM plan that starts at 1270 nm — ideal for ISPs and multi-site businesses squeezing more capacity from limited dark fiber. Compatibility note: CWDM modules work in SAME-WAVELENGTH PAIRS: install a 1290 nm module at each end of the link. Combining wavelengths onto one fiber pair requires a passive CWDM mux/demux (e.g. Ubiquiti UACC-CWDM-4 / UACC-CWDM-8) at both sites. Fits Ubiquiti SFP+ and SFP28 cages (runs at 10 Gbps).
