The Ubiquiti NS-WM is the official window mount for NanoStation M airMAX radios. Ubiquiti lists it for the NanoStation M2 (NSM2) and NanoStation M5 (NSM5). It measures 110 × 90 × 190 mm and weighs 295 g. The mount lets you install a NanoStation M at a window instead of on a mast or outside wall, so the radio can look out towards the far end of a link or a client while staying indoors. In practice it suits rented flats, offices and temporary sites where drilling outside walls or climbing onto the roof is not an option.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Listed for NanoStation M only. Ubiquiti names the NSM2 and NSM5. It does not list the newer NanoStation AC, NanoStation 5AC or the NanoStation Loco models, so do not assume a fit for those. Glass affects the signal: coated or double-glazed windows can weaken a wireless link noticeably, so test the link before you commit to a window installation. Ubiquiti does not publish the box contents or the fixing method; ask us and we check before you order.
