The Ubiquiti UniFi Protect AI LPR (black) is a 4K bullet camera purpose-built for licence-plate recognition, capturing plates reliably at entrances, gates and roadways. Identified by part number UVC-AI-LPR-B, it pairs an 8MP 1/1.8" sensor and 3x optical zoom with an LPR-optimised night filter, plus smart detections for people, vehicles and animals, all managed in UniFi Protect over PoE+. Before you buy: This is a dedicated LPR camera — plate-capture accuracy depends on correct positioning (angle, height and distance to the lane) and vehicle speed; mount and aim it per Ubiquiti's LPR guidance.
