The Ubiquiti UniFi Protect UNVR-PRO is a 2U rack-mount network video recorder with seven drive bays, built to record and manage large UniFi Protect camera systems. Identified by part number UNVR-PRO, it handles up to 24 4K cameras, adds a 10G SFP+ uplink, RAID data protection and power redundancy, and also hosts UniFi Access and Connect for a converged surveillance and access stack. Before you buy: The UNVR-PRO ships diskless — add up to seven 2.5/3.5" surveillance-rated HDDs (or SSDs), sold separately, and use RAID for data protection. Power redundancy needs the optional USP-RPS DC source. It manages UniFi Protect cameras (and UniFi Access/Connect); it is not a camera itself and needs a network with PoE for the cameras.
