The Ubiquiti UA-Pocket is a pack of ten Pocket Keyfobs for UniFi Access, Ubiquiti’s door-access system. Each keyfob is an NFC credential using MIFARE DESFire EV3 4K at 13.56 MHz (ISO/IEC 14443 Type A), with multi-layer encryption that Ubiquiti describes as protection against duplication. Fobs can be assigned to staff or visitors in the UniFi Access app. The casing is polycarbonate, stainless steel and silicone rubber, rated IP54, and each fob is 84 × 39 × 7.4 mm at 16 g. In practice they are the key-ring alternative to access cards in a UniFi Access installation.

Compatibility — check before buying:
For UniFi Access systems. Ubiquiti presents the keyfobs for access control “within UniFi”, and does not publish a list of compatible readers on its store page. They use 13.56 MHz DESFire EV3, so they are not a match for older 125 kHz proximity readers. Each fob must be enrolled in UniFi Access before use. Not sure?
