Equip 128421 Angled USB-C Cable 20Gbps 240W

A 240W-ready USB-C cable with a U-shaped angled plug for tight spaces.
20Gbps240W PD 3.14K 60 Hz
The Equip 128421 is a 1 m USB-C to USB-C cable with one U-plug angled connector, rated for USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 data at up to 20Gbps and USB Power Delivery up to 240W (48V/5A) through its e-marker chip. It also carries DisplayPort Alt Mode video up to 4K 60 Hz with HDR and HDCP 2.2, and the angled plug reduces strain where the cable exits beside a laptop or dock.
Compatibility Note: 20Gbps needs USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 on both ends (many hosts are 10Gbps); 240W charging needs a PD 3.1 EPR charger and device.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the angled plug on the Equip 128421 for?
The U-plug connector turns the cable back alongside the device, so it sticks out less from a laptop side port and relieves strain in tight spaces.
Can the 128421 charge a 240W gaming laptop?
Yes, if both the charger and the laptop support USB PD 3.1 EPR (48V). Standard 100W chargers will charge normally at their own maximum.
Singular Expert Insight
Pick this when you want one future-proof charging cable that also handles fast SSDs and a 4K screen; the angled plug is a bonus for side-port laptops. It is not a USB4/Thunderbolt 40Gbps cable.
✓ Buy it if you want 240W charging, 20Gbps data and 4K60 in a 1 m cable with an angled plug.
✕ Skip it if you need 40Gbps USB4 / Thunderbolt 4 docks or more than 1 m length.
→ Also consider Conceptronic ETTA04B20 (2 m USB4 40Gbps 240W) or Equip 128360 (3 m 10Gbps 100W).
