Equip 128422 USB-C Cable 2 m — USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 · 20 Gbps

20 Gbps Gen 2x2240W PDAngled U-plug
The Equip 128422 is a 2 m USB-C to USB-C cable with an angled U-shaped plug that keeps the lead flush against the side of a laptop, tablet or handheld console. It is rated for USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 data at 20 Gbps, up to 240W charging with an E-marker chip and 4K 60Hz video over DisplayPort Alt Mode, in a braided black jacket with aluminium housings.
Before you buy
20 Gbps needs USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 or USB4 ports at both ends; most laptops run it at 10 Gbps. 240W charging requires a 240W EPR charger and device. It is not a 40 Gbps Thunderbolt cable.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the U-plug on the Equip 128422 good for?
The angled U-shaped connector turns the cable back along the device, so it does not stick out sideways. That helps on handheld consoles like the Steam Deck, laptops used on a lap or in tight docks, and reduces leverage on the port.
Which length should I choose?
The same angled cable is available as Equip 128423 (3 m). Choose 2 m if you want enough slack for desk use without excess cable.
Singular Expert Insight
The 128422 is a good fit for anyone who charges from the side of the device and wants a cable that stays tidy: 240W headroom and 20 Gbps make it far more than a charge lead. For Thunderbolt docks or 8K screens, use a 40 Gbps USB4 cable such as the Equip 128381; for a full desk setup see our USB-C docking stations.
✓ Buy it if you want a long, angled USB-C cable that charges up to 240W and carries 20 Gbps and 4K video.
✕ Skip it if you need Thunderbolt/USB4 40 Gbps or prefer straight plugs.
→ Also consider Equip 128423 (3 m) or Equip 128381 (USB4 40 Gbps, 1.2 m).
