The 3160 i/7 pairs six insulated stainless VDE screwdrivers with a 3247 phase tester and a rack. Four slotted blades run 0.5 x 3 to 1 x 5.5 mm and two Phillips cover PH 1 and PH 2, all in vacuum ice-hardened stainless steel — chosen so the tool cannot deposit iron particles that later show as rust on stainless or hygiene-critical installations. Each insulated piece is individually tested at 10,000 volts and approved for work up to 1,000 volts AC to IEC 60900, with the insulation verified for cold impact at minus 40 degrees. Kraftform Plus handles carry hard and soft zones and a hexagonal anti-roll feature. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The set is not seven 1000 V tools. The 3247 phase tester is rated 150–250 V to VDE 0680 part 6, a different and far lower standard than the EN 60900 blades — only six of the seven pieces are 1,000 V VDE tools, and a single-pole phase tester is not a valid means of proving a circuit dead. The blades are the standard i type, not the extra-slim iS, so they may not enter deeply recessed terminal chambers. There is no Pozidriv, TORX or hex, slotted starts at 3 mm, and the set has no torque function.

Vacuum Ice-Hardened Stainless
Stainless is normally the softer choice; Wera vacuum ice-hardens it to recover working hardness. The point is that the tool leaves no iron behind, so a stainless panel does not start rusting where a chrome-vanadium driver touched it.
Individually Tested to IEC 60900
Every insulated piece is tested at 10,000 V in a water bath and approved for 1,000 V AC, with the insulation impact-verified at minus 40 degrees. That is a test on each tool rather than a batch sample.
Lasertip on the Working Blades
The tip is laser-roughened so it bites into the screw head and resists cam-out. Note the 0.5 x 3 x 80 mm blade is supplied without Lasertip.
Rack Supplied for Ordered Storage
A rack comes with the set so six drivers and the tester sit in size order on a bench or wall. It is supplied in addition to the seven and is not part of the count.

This set answers a narrow but real problem: electrical work in an environment where a chrome-vanadium driver leaves rust behind. That is worth paying for in a dairy, a laboratory or on a boat, and pointless in a normal distribution board. Two things to read carefully before ordering — the phase tester is a 250 V indicator, not part of the 1000 V rating, and these are standard-diameter blades, so deep terminal chambers may still call for an extra-slim set.
