Wera 9427 — a folding pouch for a 20-piece Kraftform Kompakt Micro ESD set
Supplied empty — no toolsUp to 20-piece setsWera 2go compatible57 g
The Wera 9427 is a folding textile pouch sized for a Kraftform Kompakt Micro ESD precision screwdriver set of up to 20 pieces. Tools sit in broad rubber-band loops rather than stitched fabric slots, so they hold firmly but come out one-handed, and a strong hook-and-loop closure keeps the pouch shut so nothing works loose in a bag. It folds flat rather than rolling, which makes it quicker to open when you only want one driver. It is compatible with the Wera 2go carrying system, weighs 57 g and opens out to 235 x 115 mm. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This pouch is supplied empty — no screwdrivers are included. The box contains the pouch and nothing else. It is sized for Kraftform Kompakt Micro ESD sets of up to 20 pieces, but Wera does not name any specific set article numbers and publishes no loop or slot count and no material specification, so we do not state any. One point that matters: the pouch is intended for Kraftform Kompakt Micro ESD sets, but Wera makes no claim that the pouch itself is ESD-safe, dissipative or conductive — do not treat it as an ESD product in its own right. A second dimension figure of 145 x 90 x 21 mm appears on Wera’s datasheet: the English edition labels it packaging and the German edition labels it dimensions, and Wera never settles which, so treat 235 x 115 mm as the reliable open size.
Best For
✓ Carrying a Kraftform Kompakt Micro set to site
✓ Electronics, precision and fine mechanical work
✓ Wera 2go modular carrying systems
✓ Replacing a worn or lost original pouch
Key Features
Rubber band loops, not stitched slots
Broad elastic loops hold each driver. They grip a range of handle diameters, keep tools from sliding out when the pouch is handled, and let you pull one free with one hand instead of fighting the fabric.
Strong hook-and-loop closure
A wide velcro fastener holds the pouch shut so it cannot open unintentionally in a bag or a drawer and shed its contents. There is no zip or buckle to fail and nothing to snag on other tools.
Folds rather than rolls
Wera calls this a Falttasche — a folding pouch. It opens flat in one movement instead of unrolling, which is faster when you want a single driver and are already holding the work in the other hand.
Wera 2go compatible and light
It works with the Wera 2go carrying system, and at 57 g it is barely noticeable. When it is not full it packs down to almost nothing, unlike a rigid case that takes the same volume either way.

Singular Expert Insight
Precision screwdrivers are worth protecting and awkward to carry: too fine to throw in a toolbag, too many to hold. A folding pouch with elastic loops is the sensible middle answer — each driver has a place, nothing rattles against anything else, and the whole thing packs flat when it is not full. Weigh it against the 9429 roll pouch on two counts: capacity, since this takes up to 20 pieces against the roll’s 25, and mounting, since the roll has a fleece back with adhesive strips and this does not. What Wera does not publish for this pouch is worth knowing too: no material, no loop count, no named compatible sets. Browse our range in Cable Tools & Testers, or the wider Cables section for installation kit.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You own or are buying a Kraftform Kompakt Micro ESD set of up to 20 pieces and want a light, folding way to carry it, or you are replacing a worn pouch.
Skip it if
You expected screwdrivers included, your set is larger than 20 pieces, or you need a rigid protective case rather than a soft pouch.
Also consider
The Wera 9429 roll pouch for sets up to 25 pieces with wall-mounting strips, a Wera Kraftform Kompakt Micro set to fill it, or Wera 2go components to build a carrying system.
