WKK Cable Ties 300 x 3.6 mm, Nylon 66 (PA 6.6), Red, Pack of 100, Single-Use Locking

The WKK 110194271 is a pack of 100 single-use cable ties, 300 mm long and 3.6 mm wide, made of polyamide 6.6 (nylon 66) in red, for bundling and fixing cables in racks, under desks, in control cabinets and on installations. It suits installers, IT staff and anyone tidying up a cable run.

At 30 cm the ties close around bundles up to 76 mm in diameter, and the 3.6 mm band is rated for 18.2 kg tensile strength by the manufacturer. They work from -40 to +85 °C and the material is rated UL 94 V-2. UV resistance is not stated for this colour, so use them indoors; for outdoor runs choose a black UV-resistant tie.

• One size covers most cable bundles: from a few patch cords up to a 76 mm bundle
• Pull tight by hand and trim the tail with side cutters for a clean finish without sharp edges
• Colour coding: use red to mark a circuit, a VLAN or a customer in a shared rack
• For indoor use: racks, desks, cabinets and ceiling voids

• They do not open again — once locked, a tie has to be cut off (for re-routable bundling use hook-and-loop ties)
• Not for bundles larger than 76 mm — use a longer tie
• Do not over-tighten on network cables: crushing Cat6/Cat6A cable can affect its performance — snug is enough
• Not UV-rated: prolonged sunlight will make them brittle
