The Xerox 115R00115 is the genuine 220V fuser unit for the Xerox VersaLink B7025, B7030 and B7035 mono MFPs and the VersaLink C7020, C7025 and C7030 colour MFPs, rated by Xerox at 100,000 pages.
The fuser bonds toner to the paper with heat and pressure. When it reaches the end of its life the MFP warns you; a worn fuser can also cause creasing, toner that rubs off, or paper jams in the rear exit area. Xerox classes it as a customer-replaceable unit.
Before you order: This is the 220V version for European mains. The 120V version for North America is 115R00114 — it looks the same but must not be fitted on 220–240V power.

- Xerox rates the fuser at 100,000 pages.
- The fuser is hot in use: Xerox advises switching off and letting it cool for at least 15 minutes before opening the cover.
- Removal is through the side door with two thumbscrews; no other tools are needed.

What Will Not Work
- It must not be fitted to a 120V machine, and the 120V 115R00114 must not be used here.
- It will not fit the single-function VersaLink C7000 printer — that takes 115R00138.
- It will not fix streaks, missing colours or faint print, which come from toner or drum cartridges.
- It is not a transfer roller or belt cleaner.
