Frequently Asked Questions

Is the 013R00698 a toner cartridge?
No. It is the colour photoreceptor drum (imaging unit) for the VersaLink C620/C625 — you will still need to buy CMY and black toner cartridges separately.
Does the 013R00698 work with the VersaLink C625?
Yes. Xerox specifies the 013R00698 colour imaging unit for both the VersaLink C620 and C625, including the /DN variants.
How often does the imaging drum need replacing?
Rarely — as a long-life component rated for roughly 125,000 pages, it typically outlasts several toner cartridge changes and is not required at average usage levels.
Singular Tip
Because this is a long-life drum, most users will replace toner cartridges many times before needing to order the 013R00698 imaging unit again.
