The Zebra ZD611t-HC is a compact 2-inch healthcare desktop label printer with thermal transfer and direct thermal operation. This 203 dpi version prints up to 56 mm wide at a maximum 203 mm/s and includes a 4.3-inch colour touchscreen. USB, USB Host and Ethernet are fitted. Its white cleaning-ready housing and IEC60601-1 medical power supply support approved healthcare cleaning routines.

Before you order:
Use a compatible label application and media within the 56 mm printable area. Thermal transfer needs a suitable 74 m ribbon roll; direct thermal uses heat-sensitive stock without ribbon. BLE is for Zebra setup only. Full Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, serial, cutter, peeler and battery are optional and not included.

What It Means in Practice

  • For example, load qualified specimen-label stock and matching ribbon, calibrate the sensor and send a barcode layout from supported software over Ethernet. The touchscreen guides media loading and settings; clinical or stock data still comes from the host application.
  • Choose media and ribbon for the required exposure and label lifetime. A cleaning-ready printer housing does not prove that a label resists disinfectants.

What Will Not Work

  • Choose a different configuration for 4-inch labels or included full wireless printing.
  • Consumables, battery and optional handling hardware must be ordered separately. Follow Zebra-approved cleaning procedures.
