The Zebra ZD621t (ZD6A142-30ER02EZ) is a 4-inch thermal transfer desktop label printer for retail, healthcare, logistics and light manufacturing teams that print durable product, asset and shipping labels with a ribbon.

This configuration prints at 203 dpi up to 104 mm wide and 203 mm/s, has a tear-off bar, a 4.3-inch colour touch display, and connects over USB, Ethernet, serial, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3.

• Thermal transfer: with a ribbon, labels resist heat, abrasion, chemicals and sunlight — right for asset, product and long-life labels. It takes both 74 m Zebra ribbons and 300 m ribbons (adapters included for non-Zebra cores).
• Media: labels 15–118 mm wide on rolls up to 127 mm diameter, 12.7 or 25.4 mm core (larger cores with an adapter kit), 0.08–0.19 mm thick.
• Speed: 203 dpi at up to 203 mm/s is the standard for 4×6-inch shipping and warehouse labels.
• Integration: ZPL II and EPL2 are built in, so existing Zebra label formats, drivers and business systems print without changes.
• Wireless: Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 let you place the printer where the work is — a counter, ward or packing bench — without a network cable.
• Display: the 4.3-inch colour touch screen shows status, guided setup and media calibration at the printer.

• Cutting or peeling: labels are torn off by hand. Cutter and peeler are separate options.
• Wider labels: maximum print width is 104 mm; 6-inch labels need an industrial printer.
• RFID: no RFID encoder; the ZD621R is the RFID model.
• Very small print: for tiny text or small 2D codes choose the 300 dpi version.
