The Zebra P1112640-031 is the label dispenser (peeler) front bezel for Zebra’s 4-inch direct-thermal desktop printers, the ZD621d and ZD421d including their healthcare (-HC) versions. It separates each printed label from its liner and presents it ready to apply. Zebra calls it "Dispenser/Peeler Assembly" in the Desktop Printers Accessories Guide and "Dispenser, Front Bezel" in the ZD421 direct-thermal parts catalog.
It is for shipping benches, pharmacies, labs and retail back-offices where one person prints and applies labels one at a time and peeling each label by hand slows the job.
Before you order: This version is for the direct-thermal (d) models only. Thermal-transfer ZD621t / ZD421t printers use a different dispenser part (P1112640-233 for the ZD621 thermal-transfer). Check the letter after the model number on your printer’s label.

- Zebra’s installation procedure fastens the module with 2 screws from underneath using a Torx driver
What It Means in Practice
- Labels come out already peeled — faster one-at-a-time labelling at the bench
- The printer waits for each label to be taken before printing the next one when set to peel mode
- Installation per Zebra’s guide: remove the standard bezel, disconnect DC power, slide the module in and fasten it from underneath
What Will Not Work
- Thermal-transfer ZD621t / ZD421t — use the thermal-transfer dispenser part
- ZD620, ZD420, ZD411, ZD611 or GK/GX printers — different bezels
- Linerless labels — there is no liner to peel; Zebra has a separate linerless option
- A cutter — this module peels labels, it does not cut media
