The Zebra 77197M is the genuine replacement roller for the peel assembly of the Zebra ZT411 industrial label printer — the pinch roller that holds the liner against the peel bar so each printed label separates and is presented to the operator or the applicator. It is meant for maintenance teams, warehouses and print service shops that keep ZT411 printers with the peel option running every day.
A worn, glazed or adhesive-coated peel roller is one of the most common causes of peel-mode trouble: labels stay on the liner, peel only halfway, come out skewed, or the liner slips and the printer stops with an error. Because Zebra sells the roller on its own, you can restore the grip without buying the whole peel mechanism.
Before you order: Zebra lists 77197M for the peel assembly of the 4-inch ZT411. The 6-inch ZT421 uses a different roller (77727M). For the older ZT410, Zebra’s current parts catalogue does not confirm the fit — send us your printer model and serial number and we will check before you order.

- It does not fit the 6-inch ZT421 (use 77727M), the ZT600 or ZT200 series, or Zebra desktop printers
- It will not cure peeling problems caused by a worn platen roller, the wrong media type or incorrect peel settings

Check the printer width before ordering: the 4-inch ZT411 and the 6-inch ZT421 use different rollers.
