The Twilight Black DS8178-SR7U2100PFW kit includes one DS8178-SR0F007ZZWW 1D/2D Bluetooth scanner with a 2500 mAh PowerPrecision+ battery, one CR8178-PC100F4WW presentation cradle and one CBA-U21-S07ZBR shielded USB cable. Connect the cradle to a compatible host using the supplied cable, charge and pair the scanner, then scan into your POS or stock application. The application handles transactions and stock records; the scanner is not an independent inventory computer.

Before you order:
This is the presentation-cradle battery kit, not a PowerCap configuration. The USB cable is included; confirm host power and any additional power accessories needed for your installation. Battery figures are manufacturer tests at one scan per second. Drivers-license parsing requires a dedicated DL version.

What's in the Box

  • 1 × DS8178-SR0F007ZZWW scanner and 2500 mAh PowerPrecision+ battery.
  • 1 × CR8178-PC100F4WW presentation cradle.
  • 1 × CBA-U21-S07ZBR shielded USB cable. Compatible host/application and any required additional power equipment are separate.

What It Means in Practice

  • Connect the included presentation cradle with the supplied shielded USB cable, verify host power, charge, pair and configure the input mode.
  • At checkout, scan a printed product code or a supported screen coupon into the appropriate application field; the POS software performs the transaction logic.
  • Use 123Scan and the supported management tools to set prefixes, formats and host parameters. Test real codes and radio coverage.

What Will Not Work

  • A compatible receiving host/application is required. There is no native Wi-Fi or standalone stock database.
  • PowerCap, document stands and cradle-dependent tools require the appropriate separate equipment and configuration.
