The Zebra P1046696-110 is the peel bracket assembly for the Zebra ZE500-6, the 6-inch print engine used in print-and-apply systems. Zebra lists it in the ZE500 Series parts catalogue under media path components as “Peel Bracket Assembly ZE500-6 RH & LH”, so the same part serves both right-hand and left-hand engines.
The peel bracket carries the peel edge where the liner is pulled back sharply and the printed label separates for the applicator. A bent, worn or damaged bracket causes labels that do not peel cleanly, misfeeds and inconsistent label presentation on the line.
Before you order: This assembly is for the 6-inch ZE500-6 only. The 4-inch ZE500-4 uses P1046696-109, the peel bar alone is a separate part (P1046696-075 for ZE500-6), and the successor ZE521 uses different peel parts. Check the engine model plate before ordering.
