The Zebra P1083320-015 is the genuine 203 dpi printhead for the Zebra ZT620 and ZT620R 6-inch industrial label printers.

The printhead is the heating element that forms every dot on the label. When individual elements fail you see white lines running through text and barcodes, which can make barcodes unreadable. Replacing the head restores full print quality on the existing printer.

Before you order: P1083320-015 is the 203 dpi head for the 6-inch ZT620. The 300 dpi ZT620 needs P1083320-016, and the 4-inch ZT610 uses P1083320-010 (203 dpi), -011 (300 dpi) or -012 (600 dpi). Check the dpi on the printer's configuration label.
