The Zebra PolyE 3100T Gloss 3011702 is a box of 4 rolls of 102 x 51 mm gloss white topcoated polyethylene film labels for industrial Zebra printers, made for curved containers and bottles, food packaging, durable product labels, items exposed to water and handling.
PolyE 3100T Gloss is a topcoated polyethylene film label: flexible enough for curved containers, resistant to tearing and water, and recyclable. It prints by thermal transfer with a Zebra 3200 wax/resin or 4800/5095 resin ribbon.
Before you order: These rolls are wound on a 76 mm (3") core with a roll diameter of about 192 mm — they are made for Zebra industrial printers and do not fit desktop printers such as the ZD421, ZD621 or GK420. Thermal transfer labels need a ribbon and a printer with thermal transfer mode (models ending in t).

What It Means in Practice
- Each label is 102 x 51 mm (width x length) — set the same size in your label software or printer driver before the first print
- Built for curved containers and bottles, food packaging, durable product labels, items exposed to water and handling
- Thermal transfer means the image is melted from a ribbon onto the label: you need a ribbon, but the print lasts much longer and resists heat and light
- The 76 mm core and about 192 mm roll diameter suit the larger media bays of Zebra industrial printers, so you change rolls less often
- After loading a new label size, run the printer media calibration so it detects the gap between labels and stops at the right position
What Will Not Work
- Direct-thermal-only printers (for example ZD421d, ZD411d, GC420d, GK420d) — they cannot use a ribbon, so these labels stay blank
- Zebra desktop printers (GK, GX, ZD series) — the 76 mm core and large roll will not fit
- Inkjet, laser or label printers from other brands that need their own cartridges (for example DYMO or Brother DK rolls)
- Temperatures outside -20 °C to +80 °C, or application below +5 °C
- Fanfold use — Zebra does not recommend this material for fanfold

Use a Zebra 3200 wax/resin ribbon for general use or a resin ribbon where rubbing resistance matters. For extreme temperatures or chemicals, choose a polyester material.
