Zebra Z-Perform 1000D Direct Thermal Paper Labels · 102 x 102 mm · 12 Rolls x 700 · 25 mm Core · Desktop Printers · White

The Zebra 880191-101D is a genuine Z-Perform 1000D direct thermal paper label, 102 x 102 mm, supplied as 12 rolls of 700 labels (8,400 labels) on 25 mm cores for Zebra 4-inch desktop label printers. It suits shipping desks, retail back offices and small warehouses printing square product or carton labels.

Z-Perform 1000D is Zebra's uncoated, economy direct thermal paper: no ribbon is needed, the image forms when the printhead heats the coated face. Zebra positions it for indoor shipping, warehouse picking, shelf pricing and product identification, and is clear about its limits — modest resistance to moisture and abrasion, and not for long sun exposure, high heat, high-speed printing or PVC surfaces.

• 12 rolls of Zebra Z-Perform 1000D labels, 102 x 102 mm, 700 labels per roll (8,400 labels in total) as listed
• 25 mm (1") cores
• No ribbon needed — and none included

• Direct thermal means no ribbon to buy or change — load the roll and print.
• Zebra quotes a usable life of up to one year indoors; labels that sit in sunlight or warm vehicles fade sooner.
• The permanent acrylic adhesive bonds to cartons, plastic totes and most packaging; it is FDA 175.105-compliant for indirect contact with dry food.
• Store unused rolls at 20–25 °C and 40–50% RH and use them within about six months.

• Industrial printers with 76 mm media spindles (ZT400 / ZT600 series) — Zebra lists this roll for desktop printers only.
• 2-inch desktop printers (ZD410, ZD411 2-inch versions) — the 102 mm label is too wide.
• Long-life, outdoor or high-heat labelling — use a synthetic thermal transfer label instead.
• Printers set to thermal transfer only — switch to direct thermal mode (no ribbon).
