The ZebraNet 10/100 Print Server for the Zebra ZT220 and ZT230 is a genuine internal Ethernet print server that connects a ZT200 Series industrial label printer to a wired network, for users who want to print from ERP, WMS or label software over the LAN instead of USB or serial.
Zebra describes it as an IPv4-enabled internal print server that connects the network and your printer and replaces the parallel port. It fits inside the printer in the single communication option position, and Zebra lists it for the ZT210, ZT220 and ZT230.

What It Means in Practice
- After installation the printer has an RJ45 port and its own IP address, so several PCs or a server can print to it without a dedicated computer next to the printer.
- The print server also enables the printer web pages and ZebraLink alerts, so you can check status and change settings from a browser.
- It replaces the parallel port position, so you keep USB and RS-232 serial for local connections.
- Before ordering, look at the back of your printer: if it already has an RJ45 network socket, it already has a print server. Send us a photo of the rear panel and the serial label and we will check.
What Will Not Work
- Many ZT220 and ZT230 printers were ordered with Ethernet already fitted. If yours already has a network port, this kit adds nothing.
- You cannot run this print server together with the parallel port or the 802.11n wireless print server: they use the same option position.
- Not for the newer ZT111, ZT211 and ZT231 or for ZT400 / ZT600 Series printers: those have different network options.
- It is wired only and does not add Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
