Zebra Z-Perform 1000T Thermal Transfer Paper Labels 102 x 102 mm, 1,432 per Roll, 4 Rolls, 76 mm Core, White
Zebra Z-Perform 1000T 102 x 102 mm thermal transfer labels — 4 rolls per box
The Zebra Z-Perform 1000T 102 x 102 mm thermal transfer label (part 76523) is a genuine Zebra supply sold as a box of 4 rolls, with 1,432 labels per roll, for industrial and mid-range Zebra printers that take 76 mm (3 in) cores.
Z-Perform is the value paper tier in Zebra’s Z-Perform / Z-Select / Z-Ultimate line-up. These rolls are wound on a 76 mm (3 in) core up to a 200 mm (8 in) outer diameter, the format Zebra lists for its industrial thermal transfer printers, so one roll runs far longer than a desktop roll of the same label. Print needs a thermal transfer ribbon; Zebra’s catalogue pairs this part with 2300 wax ribbon, part 02300BK10245.
What's in the Box
- 4 rolls of Zebra Z-Perform 1000T labels, 102 x 102 mm, 1,432 per roll
- Roll format: 76 mm core / 200 mm max. outer diameter
- No ribbon included — order a thermal transfer ribbon separately (Zebra recommends 2300 wax ribbon, part 02300BK10245)
- No printer, spindle or core adapter included
What It Means in Practice
- 1,432 labels per roll means fewer roll changes on a busy line — a full box of 4 rolls gives 5,728 labels of 102 x 102 mm.
- Label width 102 mm: set the printer media width and the ribbon width to match. A ribbon at least as wide as the label (and no wider than the printer allows) avoids wrinkling and wasted ribbon.
- Thermal transfer printing on paper gives sharp, scannable barcodes that do not fade like direct thermal prints, which suits shipping, carton and pallet labels.
- There is no perforation between labels — labels are peeled from the liner, or the printer cuts/tears the liner after the print job.
- Paper labels are the sensible choice for indoor use on cartons, shelves and products. For moisture, chemicals or outdoor exposure, a synthetic (polypropylene or polyester) label with a resin ribbon is the right step up.
What Will Not Work
- Direct-thermal-only printers: without a ribbon mechanism, nothing prints on this material.
- Desktop printers that take 127 mm (5 in) rolls on a 25 mm (1 in) core: a 200 mm roll on a 76 mm core will not fit inside the cover.
- Mobile printers: the core and roll diameter are far beyond what belt or handheld printers accept.
- Long-term outdoor, wet or chemical exposure: paper with a wax ribbon is not built for it — choose a synthetic label instead.
