The Zebra ZT11142-D0E000FZ is a 203 dpi industrial direct thermal label printer for shipping, product and inventory labels at a fixed workstation. It prints heat-sensitive stock without ribbon and leaves labels on their backing for manual tear-off. USB, USB Host, Ethernet and RS-232 are fitted. Three buttons and five LEDs provide local control; it has no screen.

Before you order:
Choose suitable direct thermal stock for the label lifetime and a compatible host application. The printable area is 104 mm wide; the 114 mm media limit includes its liner. BLE is included, but ordinary Bluetooth label printing is not verified. Wi-Fi, cutter and peeler are optional, not fitted.

  • For example, load suitable thermal shipping labels, calibrate the sensor and send a label layout from a supported application over USB or Ethernet. The application supplies the data; the printer does not manage inventory by itself.

What Will Not Work

  • Thermal-transfer ribbon printing is not supported by this direct thermal configuration.

No. The ZT111 uses three buttons and five status LEDs. A screen is not included in this configuration.
Can it run EPL labels?
Yes. Zebra specifies EPL/EPL2 on its 203 dpi models, alongside ZPL/ZPL II. Check your existing label layouts and application before deployment.
Does it need ribbon?
