The ZT42163-T0E0000Z is a complete 6-inch industrial label printer with a 300 dpi head and manual tear-off bar. It prints text, graphics and barcodes up to 168 mm wide, useful for wide warehouse and production labels. Connect a compatible host application over USB, Serial or Ethernet, load suitable media and send the label format. This exact configuration includes Bluetooth 4.1/MFi and USB Host, with EU and UK power cords.

Before you order:
The 300 dpi version supports up to 10 ips / 254 mm/s, rather than the 203 dpi model’s 305 mm/s. Labels are removed manually; a cutter, peel/rewind equipment, Wi-Fi and RFID encoding are not fitted in this SKU. Media width includes the liner and differs from the 168 mm printable area.

What's in the Box

  • Zebra ZT42163-T0E0000Z printer with 300 dpi printhead and tear-off bar.
  • EU and UK power cords. Media, ribbon and any required interface cable must be selected for your installation.

What It Means in Practice

  • For a packing station, load the label roll, add a matching ribbon for thermal transfer, calibrate the media sensors and print the job from your application. The operator tears off the printed label or strip and applies it.
  • Direct thermal uses heat-sensitive media without a ribbon. Thermal transfer uses a ribbon matched to the label material; qualify the chosen stock, barcode size and speed together.
  • The 4.3-inch colour touch display supports local settings, while a bi-fold metal cover and side-loading mechanism provide access to the roll and ribbon.

What Will Not Work

  • This tear-off configuration does not automatically cut, peel, rewind or apply labels.
  • Wi-Fi and UHF RFID require appropriate optional hardware; Bluetooth does not create a Wi-Fi network connection.
  • EPL/EPL2 is specified for 203 dpi only; use a compatible ZPL/ZPL II workflow for this 300 dpi version.
