The Zebra ZT51043-T0EC000Z is a grey industrial label printer for product identification, manufacturing and warehouse labelling. This 300 dpi configuration combines Wi-Fi 802.11ac with USB, RS-232, Gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth connectivity. It prints text, graphics and barcodes on suitable label media using either direct thermal printing or a thermal transfer ribbon. Output is supplied in tear-off mode; a cutter or peel/rewind mechanism is an optional upgrade, not part of this configuration.

Choose this exact SKU for 300 dpi printing with fitted Wi-Fi. Its maximum print speed is 10 ips / 254 mm/s; the 12 ips / 305 mm/s series headline applies to the 203 dpi version. What It Means in Practice

  • For a product-label batch, load the correct roll, fit a matching ribbon for thermal transfer, calibrate the media and send the label layout from your application over USB or the network. Separate the printed labels manually at the tear-off edge.
  • Direct thermal uses heat-sensitive media without a ribbon. Thermal transfer requires a ribbon matched to the label material and intended use; the choice of supplies determines label suitability.
  • The 300 dpi printhead is useful when label layouts need fine text or detailed barcodes. Test the actual barcode size and supplies rather than assuming that higher resolution alone guarantees readability.
  • Wi-Fi lets you connect the printer to an appropriate wireless network; it still needs mains power, supplies and a host application or configured print workflow.

What Will Not Work

  • Automatic cutting or automatic peel-and-present is not supplied with this SKU; select the appropriate upgrade or configuration if your workflow requires it.
  • A Parallel or USB Host connection cannot be assumed from a generic series photograph; these are optional interfaces.
  • Do not use ordinary non-thermal paper for direct thermal printing, or expect thermal transfer output without an appropriate ribbon.
