Zyxel LIC-AP-ZZ0003F — add 8 managed access points to your NXC2500
Licence (E-iCard)+8 managed APsFor Zyxel NXC2500Up to 64 APs total
The Zyxel LIC-AP-ZZ0003F is an E-iCard licence that adds 8 managed access points to a Zyxel NXC2500 wireless LAN controller, for businesses growing their Wi-Fi beyond the controller's built-in AP count.
The NXC2500 manages 8 APs out of the box and can be expanded in licence steps up to 64 managed APs with firmware V4.10 or later.
Before you order: This licence is for the NXC2500 controller only (the NXC5500 uses its own licences). Managed APs must be Zyxel models supported by the NXC2500 — the Unified, Unified Pro and NWA5000 managed series.
What's in the Box
- 1 x E-iCard licence key for 8 additional managed APs on the NXC2500
- No hardware — no controller or access points are included
What It Means in Practice
- Default 8 APs + one 8-AP licence = 16 managed APs on one NXC2500.
- Stack further licences to reach up to 64 APs (firmware V4.10 or later).
- The licence is registered to your controller, so have the controller serial or account details ready.
What Will Not Work
- Zyxel NXC5500 or other controllers.
- Nebula cloud-managed APs or third-party access points.
- Going beyond 64 managed APs on one NXC2500.
