Compatibility & what you need
This is a 10-pack of 10GBASE-SR modules for SFP+ 10G ports — they will not link at 10G in Gigabit-only SFP slots. Use multimode (MMF) fiber with duplex LC connectors: OM3 reaches about 300 m and OM4 further; single-mode fiber is not supported (use an SFP10G-LR for long single-mode runs). Both ends of each link need a matching 10GBASE-SR module, and DDMI readouts require a host device that supports SFP+ diagnostics.
