The Brother MFC-J6760DW is an A3 colour inkjet 4-in-1 business printer that prints, copies, scans and faxes, printing A4 at 31 ppm mono and 30 ppm colour (ISO) and A3 when you need larger plans, posters or spreadsheets. It is meant for small offices and workgroups that print mostly A4 but want A3 output without a large A3 laser.
Automatic 2-sided printing, a 50-sheet automatic document feeder with dual CIS for two-sided scanning, a 6.8 cm colour touchscreen and dual-band Wi-Fi plus Gigabit Ethernet make it a shared office device. It uses the LC527 ink family, with high-yield LC527XL and super-high-yield LC528 cartridges for lower running costs.
Before you order: This model has a single 250-sheet paper tray plus a 1-sheet manual slot. If you need A4 and A3 loaded at the same time, look at the MFC-J6960DW with two trays and a multi-purpose tray.

What It Means in Practice
- A4 is fast (31/30 ppm ISO), A3 is slower at around 7 ppm — fine for occasional A3 plans and reports, not for high-volume A3.
- Two-sided printing and two-sided ADF scanning save paper and time on contracts and multi-page documents.
- Dual-band Wi-Fi and Gigabit Ethernet let the whole office print and scan to email or network folders.

What Will Not Work
- Older Brother inks (LC3237, LC426, LC427, LC3239) or US LC506 cartridges — it takes only the EU LC527/LC528 family.
- Keeping A4 and A3 loaded together — there is one main tray.
- Fax over a pure VoIP/IP line without an analogue port — fax needs an analogue telephone line.
- Heavy A3 production volumes — recommended volume is up to 2,500 pages per month.
