Outdoor light, camera and intercom in one position

2K video1000 lm LEDSmart object detectionIP66

The black ABUS PPIC46520 combines a 2K outdoor camera, dimmable LED light, siren and two-way intercom. It is designed for a permanent 230 V outdoor-light connection, with Wi-Fi data access through App2Cam Plus and an included microSD card. It is one complete camera/light unit, not a battery camera and not an add-on that requires a separate camera base station.

Before you order:
Plan installation by a qualified specialist because the unit connects to the mains supply. A compatible Android/iOS phone and suitable network are needed for app functions. The official page publishes 2026-06-07 as its minimum security-update support date, which has already passed; this does not establish whether newer support is available, so confirm the current commitment with ABUS before purchase.

What's in the Box

  • 1 x black PPIC46520 camera/light with mounting base and preinstalled microSD
  • 1 x antenna and 1 x USB-A to USB-C cable
  • Drilling template, installation materials, Allen key, microSD removal tool and setup information

What It Means in Practice

  • For an entrance, have the camera fitted at the outdoor-light point, aim the adjustable bracket and add it in App2Cam Plus. Choose which people, animal or vehicle events should trigger recording, light, siren or notifications. Open live video after an alert and use two-way audio to speak with someone at the entrance.

What Will Not Work

  • Cable-free battery operation or installation without a suitable mains supply.
  • Assuming privacy masks alone guarantee legal compliance or that the published minimum date promises future updates.

Best For

✓ Entrances, terraces and driveways with a permanent mains connection
✓ Users wanting light and app-based video in the same mounting position

Key Features

Light you can adjust
The warm-white 3000 K LED provides up to 1000 lm and app dimming, with an illumination range up to 10 m. This light range differs from the IR night-vision range of up to 8 m.

Choose the events that matter
Object detection distinguishes people, animals and vehicles. Configure detection areas and privacy masking for the scene; detection is a configurable aid, not a guarantee that every event will be classified correctly.

Video, intercom and siren
2K video at 20 fps, a 120° horizontal view and two-way audio let you inspect and talk at the same location. The integrated siren can be controlled through the app functions.

Local storage without a subscription
An included microSD stores recordings, with up to three seconds of pre-recording. Select permanent retention or automatic deletion after 3, 7 or 30 days; up to 128 GB is supported, not a statement of supplied card capacity.
