Acer Vero B277 G 27" Full HD IPS Business Monitor, 120Hz, USB Hub, Speakers, Height-Adjustable Ergonomic Stand, Black
Acer Vero B277 G — 27" Full HD IPS Business Monitor with Full Ergonomic Stand
The Acer Vero B277 G (UM.HB7EE.G01) is a 27-inch Full HD IPS office monitor with a 120Hz refresh rate and a fully adjustable stand, built for desks where people sit at a screen all day. It is part of Acer's Vero line, which uses recycled plastics in the chassis and carries EPEAT Gold and TCO Certified Edge ratings — useful if your company reports on sustainable IT purchasing.
At 27 inches, Full HD gives a pixel density of about 82 PPI. That is comfortable for spreadsheets, ERP screens, email and browser work at normal viewing distance, and text appears larger than on a 27" QHD panel without any Windows scaling. The 120Hz refresh rate makes scrolling and cursor movement noticeably smoother than a standard 60Hz office screen.
What's in the Box
- Acer Vero B277 G monitor with stand
- DisplayPort cable
- HDMI cable
- USB 3.0 upstream cable (to activate the monitor's USB ports)
- Power cord (EU plug) — the power supply is built in
What It Means in Practice
- Connect over HDMI or DisplayPort to get 120Hz; the VGA input is limited to 75Hz and is only there for older PCs and projector-era equipment.
- The stand gives 165mm height adjustment, -5° to 35° tilt, ±60° swivel and pivot into portrait — enough to set the top of the screen at eye level without a separate arm.
- Portrait mode is practical for long documents, code or web pages; rotate the screen and Windows will follow once you set the display orientation.
- Plug in the included USB cable to use the monitor's USB ports for a keyboard, mouse or USB stick.
- The built-in speakers are fine for Teams calls and system sounds; for music or presentations, use headphones on the audio-out jack.
What Will Not Work
- There is no USB-C input — a laptop that only has USB-C/Thunderbolt video output needs a USB-C to HDMI or USB-C to DisplayPort cable, and the monitor will not charge the laptop.
- It is not a gaming monitor: 4ms GtG and Full HD at 27" are aimed at office use, not competitive play.
- No HDR support is published by Acer, so HDR content will display in standard dynamic range.
- No webcam or microphone is built in.
