The Acer Vero PL2335 (part number MR.P0M11.001) is a WXGA DLP business projector with a laser light source rated for 20,000 hours in standard mode and 30,000 hours in eco mode — no lamps to replace for years of daily meetings. Its native resolution is WXGA (1280 × 800), the classic format for presentations and spreadsheets, delivered at 5,500 ANSI lumens so it stays readable with the lights on. A 1.12–1.47:1 throw ratio projects a 100-inch-class image from roughly 2.5–3.3 metres, and a 15 W speaker covers small rooms without external audio. Like all Vero products it is part of Acer’s range designed with reduced environmental impact.

Compatibility — check before buying:
WXGA, not Full HD: the native resolution is 1280 × 800 — fine for slides and documents, but for detailed drawings or video choose the Full HD PL2535. HDMI 1.4a only (HDCP 1.4). Wireless presenting needs a dongle that is not in the box — the USB-A port only accepts one. No screen or ceiling mount in the box. Tell us your room size and distance to the wall and we calculate the image size and confirm the right model.

How big is the picture from my distance?
With a 1.12–1.47:1 throw ratio the image width is roughly your distance divided by 1.12 to 1.47 — at 3 metres about 2.0–2.7 m wide, i.e. around 90–120 inches diagonal. Send us your room dimensions and we work it out exactly.
Does it need lamp replacements?
No. The laser light source is rated for 20,000 hours in standard mode and 30,000 hours in eco mode, so there are no lamps to buy for normal office use.
What is the difference from the PL2535?
The PL2335 is WXGA (1280 × 800) with HDMI 1.4a; the PL2535 is Full HD (1920 × 1080) with HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2. Both are 5,500-lumen laser models in the same body.
Can I mount it on the ceiling?
Yes, it supports ceiling and rear projection, but a ceiling mount is not included. Ask us for a compatible Acer universal ceiling mount and installation.
