The Brother ADS-4900W is a professional A4 desktop document scanner for shared office capture. Its 100-sheet ADF supports two-sided colour and monochrome scanning up to 60ppm or 120ipm. A 10.9cm colour touchscreen with up to 56 configurable shortcuts, Ethernet, 2.4/5GHz Wi-Fi and SuperSpeed USB 3.0 help teams build repeatable document workflows.

Best For: Workgroups handling regular document batches and needing shared wired or wireless scanning with personalised touchscreen shortcuts.
Before you order: Configure the intended destination and user access before rollout. Email servers, network folders, FTP/SFTP, SharePoint and cloud-related routes have their own credentials, software and service requirements. Use the included AC adapter and power cord; this desktop model is not the USB-C-powered portable range. Optical resolution is 600dpi, with up to 1200dpi interpolated output.
