The APC AP8702S-WWX340 is a kit of six 0.6 m locking IEC C13-to-C14 power cords in red — short jumper cords for connecting servers, switches and storage to a rack PDU or UPS without loops of excess cable.
The locking C13 end resists being pulled out by accident, and the red colour lets you mark one power feed (for example the B-feed of dual-PSU servers) so the two paths are easy to tell apart.

What It Means in Practice
- 0.6 m suits equipment mounted close to the PDU; measure the route before ordering, since a jumper that is too short cannot be extended.
- The C14 end plugs into a C13 outlet on the PDU or UPS; the C13 end goes into the C14 inlet of the server or switch.
What Will Not Work
- Wall sockets — neither end is a wall plug.
- C19/C20 high-current inlets used by some large servers and UPS.
- Equipment further than 0.6 m from the PDU.
