The Apple MacBook Air 13-inch with M5 (Z1L0-US27) is a configured-to-order MacBook Air in Silver with a 10-core CPU, 10-core GPU, the maximum 32 GB of unified memory and a 512 GB SSD — a thin, fanless laptop for users who run many apps, browser tabs, virtual meetings or local AI tools at once.
It has a 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display (2560 × 1664, 500 nits, P3 wide colour), a 12MP Center Stage camera, four-speaker sound, a backlit Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, MagSafe 3 charging, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6, and up to 18 hours of video streaming. This is a US configuration with a US (ANSI) keyboard.
Before you order: No power adapter is included with this configuration. Any USB-C Power Delivery charger works, and Apple specifies fast charging with a 70W or higher USB-C PD power source — ask us and we will add a suitable adapter to your order.
What's in the Box
- Apple MacBook Air 13-inch (M5, 10-core CPU, 10-core GPU, 32 GB, 512 GB SSD), Silver
- Power adapter sold separately (not included in this configuration)
What It Means in Practice
- The 10-core GPU version of M5 gives smoother photo editing, video exports and casual gaming than the 8-core base chip, while staying completely silent without a fan.
- 32 GB of unified memory — the most offered on the 13-inch Air — keeps heavy multitasking, large spreadsheets, Xcode, virtual machines and on-device AI models responsive for years.
- 512 GB of storage suits users who keep large files in iCloud, OneDrive or on a NAS; add an external SSD over Thunderbolt 4 if your libraries grow.
- Two external displays are supported (up to 6K 60 Hz each) with the lid open, through the two Thunderbolt 4 ports.
- MagSafe 3 keeps both Thunderbolt ports free while charging (MagSafe cable required); the Air also charges over USB-C.
What Will Not Work
- Memory and storage cannot be upgraded later — the configuration is fixed at order.
- There is no HDMI port or SD card slot; use a USB-C hub or adapter for HDMI displays, cards and USB-A devices.
- Windows does not run natively on Apple silicon.
- 512 GB fills quickly with large video or photo libraries — plan for cloud or external storage if that is your workload.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which charger should I use?
No adapter is included, so choose any USB-C Power Delivery charger for the Thunderbolt ports, or an Apple adapter with a MagSafe 3 cable. For fast charging Apple specifies a 70W or higher USB-C PD source. Tell us and we will quote a matching adapter.
Is the US keyboard a problem for Greek typing?
No. macOS lets you add a Greek input source and switch with a shortcut; only the printed key labels are US English.
Why choose 32 GB over a larger SSD?
Memory cannot be added later, while storage can always be extended with an external SSD or cloud. If you plan to keep the laptop for many years or use AI and development tools, 32 GB is the safer choice.
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
This Silver MacBook Air trades storage for the maximum 32 GB of memory — the right call for developers, analysts and heavy multitaskers who will keep the laptop for years. Add a USB-C hub for HDMI and card readers — see our
docking station range.
✓ Buy it if you want a light, silent Mac laptop with maximum memory for multitasking, development or AI tools, and are fine with a US keyboard layout.
✕ Skip it if you need more than 512 GB internal storage, a local-layout keyboard, or HDMI and SD ports built in.
→ Also consider the 1 TB configurations if storage matters more than memory, or the 15-inch MacBook Air M5 for a larger screen.
