The ASRock WS XE 360D (model number 90-AWSA36-D46GA5) is a 360 mm all-in-one liquid CPU cooler built specifically for Intel Xeon workstation platforms on sockets LGA4677 and LGA4710. It is designed for high-core-count processors running long, heavy workloads such as rendering, simulation and AI.
Its dual-pump architecture provides redundant, uninterrupted circulation, feeding a brazed full-copper cold plate (118 × 78 mm) and a high-density 38 mm thick aluminium radiator cooled by three 120 mm fans with LCP blades and dual-ball bearings. A precision CNC-machined mounting system spreads pressure evenly across the large Xeon heat spreader, and ASRock backs the AIO module with a 6-year warranty.
Compatibility note: Compatible only with Intel LGA4677 and LGA4710 (Xeon workstation) sockets — not with consumer Intel LGA1700/1851 or AMD sockets. The radiator measures 400 × 120 × 38 mm plus 28 mm fans, so the case must support a 360 mm radiator with about 66 mm total thickness; tubing length is 450 mm. The pump uses a 3-pin connector and the fans 4-pin PWM.
