DIGITUS 1U Fixed Shelf for 19" Cabinets from 1000 mm Depth, 50 kg, Black
1U · 19"770 mm deep50 kg4-point fixing
The DIGITUS DN-19 TRAY1-1000-ECB is a 1U fixed shelf for 19-inch cabinets from 1000 mm depth, with a 770 mm deep perforated steel tray in black RAL 9005 and a load rating of up to 50 kg — for tower servers, heavy NAS units, UPS systems and other equipment without rack ears.
It fixes at four points, on the front and rear 19" rails, so the load is carried by all four rails and the shelf stays level under weight. The installation set with screws, cage nuts and washers is included.
Before you order: The shelf needs front AND rear rails in a cabinet of at least 1000 mm depth. DIGITUS does not publish the rail-to-rail adjustment range, so if your rear rails are not at the standard position for a 1000 mm cabinet, send us the cabinet model first.
What's in the Box
- 1 × 1U fixed shelf, black RAL 9005
- Installation set: screws, cage nuts and washers
What It Means in Practice
- 50 kg over four fixing points supports a tower server or a heavy line-interactive UPS.
- 770 mm depth supports long devices over almost their full length.
- Perforated tray helps airflow in a closed server cabinet.
- Uses only 1U of rack height for the shelf itself.
What Will Not Work
- It will not fit cabinets shallower than 1000 mm, or racks without rear rails.
- It does not slide out — it is a fixed shelf.
- It will not fit 2-post racks.
- It will not colour-match a grey RAL 7035 cabinet.

Frequently Asked Questions
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
In a 1000 mm server cabinet a deep 4-point shelf is the safe home for anything heavy without rails. Put it low in the rack to keep the centre of gravity down. For panels, cable managers and other shelves see our rack accessories range.
✓ Buy it if you have a black 19" cabinet from 1000 mm depth and need to hold heavy equipment up to 50 kg.
✕ Skip it if your cabinet is shallower than 1000 mm or has no rear rails.
→ Also consider DIGITUS DN-97649 1U shelf with variable rails (up to 900 mm) if your rail spacing is non-standard.
Send us your cabinet model and we will confirm the fit before you order.
