The ASSMANN AK-300101-010-S is a 1 m USB 2.0 cable with a Type-A male plug on both ends, for devices that have a USB-A socket on the device side — some drive enclosures, cooling pads, KVM units and service ports. It uses copper 28 AWG conductors, double shielding and nickel-plated contacts in moulded hoods.
Compatibility note: A-to-A cables are not for connecting two computers — linking two hosts directly can damage ports. Use it only where the device manual specifies an A-to-A cable.
