The ATEN CS1644A is a 4-port USB DVI dual-link KVMP switch that lets one keyboard, mouse, two DVI monitors, speakers and microphone control four computers, at up to 2560 x 1600 at 60 Hz (1920 x 1200 at 120 Hz for 3D). It suits dual-screen workstations in design, finance and engineering.
A 2-port USB 2.0 hub shares printers and storage, and KVM, USB and audio focus can be switched independently. Switching works by hotkey, front push-button or mouse, with auto-scan; a daisy-chain port links two CS1642A/CS1644A units for quad-view setups.
Compatibility note: Connections are DVI-I; HDMI or DisplayPort sources and monitors need suitable adapters. Four KVM cable sets (DVI-D dual-link + USB + audio, 1.8 m) and four DVI-D dual-link cables are included.
