Auerswald COMfortel H-200 — Lightweight Wired Headset for COMfortel Phones
64 gQuick DisconnectNoise suppressionCOMfortel phones
The Auerswald COMfortel H-200 is a lightweight wired office headset for Auerswald COMfortel desk phones. At about 64 g it is comfortable for long shifts, the headband rotates 300° so it can be worn on the left or right ear, and the microphone boom is adjustable.
A Quick Disconnect (QD) coupling lets you unplug from the phone without dropping the call, and noise suppression plus sound-peak protection keep calls clear and protect your hearing. The supplied cable connects to the DHSG headset port of supported COMfortel phones.
Before you order: Which cable you need depends on the phone: the supplied DHSG cable suits phones with a DHSG port; the COMfortel 600, 1400 and 1600 need the separate 4-pin cable (Auerswald 90080); a PC needs the H-200 USB cable (90081). Volume control depends on the phone.
What's in the Box
- COMfortel H-200 headset with DHSG connection cable
- Clothing clip
- Foam ear cushion
- Foam microphone windshield
What It Means in Practice
- Hands-free calls at reception, call centres and help desks.
- Stand up mid-call: unplug at the QD coupling and the call stays on hold on the phone.
- Add the USB cable later to use the same headset with a softphone on a PC.
What Will Not Work
- No USB cable in the box — PC use needs the separate H-200 USB cable (90081).
- COMfortel 600/1400/1600 phones need the 4-pin cable (90080), not included.
- No wireless/Bluetooth function.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
The H-200 is the natural headset for offices already on COMfortel phones — the right cable is the only thing to check. If you are also rolling out new IP phones, plan PoE with our PoE switches.
✓ Buy it if you use Auerswald COMfortel desk phones and want a light, all-day wired headset.
✕ Skip it if you need a wireless headset or a headset for another phone brand.
→ Also consider the H-200 USB cable (90081) to use the headset on a PC.
