The AXIS FA1105 Sensor Unit (part number 0913-001) is the camera head of an AXIS modular camera system: a tiny 1080p sensor, just 29 mm long and 20 mm in diameter, that mounts flush and connects by cable to an AXIS FA main unit. It records Full HD at 25/30 fps through a replaceable 2.8 mm M12 lens with a 111° horizontal view, sees colour down to 0.2 lux and uses Forensic WDR for scenes with bright windows and dark corners. An 8 m sensor cable and a mounting bracket come in the box. In practice it is the discreet camera for ATMs, cash desks, shop shelves and reception counters.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Not a standalone camera. The sensor unit only works when it is connected to an AXIS FA main unit — AXIS lists the FA51, FA51-B and FA54 Main Units — which handles the network, power and recording. It is rated IP3X, so it is for indoor installation only. The FA1105 is the flush-mounted version with a wide 111° view; the AXIS FA1125 (0914-001) is the pinhole version with a 3.7 mm lens and 91° view. Not sure?
