The camera attaches to the holder through its standard tripod thread, and the holder screws onto the pipe, so the camera hangs below a ceiling or beam at the height you need. It is a simple way to place a box or panoramic camera in warehouses, halls and other spaces with high ceilings.

Compatibility — check before buying:
The T91A05 needs a 1.5" NPS threaded pipe, which is not included; for 3/4" pipes AXIS sells the T91A04 Camera Holder 3/4" NPS. AXIS lists it for box cameras such as the M1055-L, M1075-L Mk II, M1135/M1137 Mk II, P1385/P1387/P1388, Q1656, Q1715, Q1726 and Q1728, the P1475/P1485/P1486/P1487/P1488-LE, the M3125/M3126/M3128-LVE, M5074/M5075 and the panoramic M43xx series.
