The AXIS Q3538-SLVE (02463-001) is Axis’s high-end 4K dome in an electropolished SS 316L stainless-steel housing. A large 1/1.2″ sensor, a 6.2–12.9 mm lens with remote zoom and 40 m IR deliver detail in low light, while DNV and NSF/ANSI 169 approvals cover offshore, marine and food-processing sites.

Compatibility — check before buying:
No built-in microphone — audio needs an external mic on the 3.5 mm input. It needs a PoE Class 4 (802.3at) port (max 23 W) or 10–28 V DC. A mounting bracket is included for surface mounting; wall, pole and pendant use need the stainless -SE mounts (TQ3003-SE, T91F67, TQ3106-SE/TQ3107-SE), sold separately. Not sure it fits your site? Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use a standard Axis wall mount?
It will fit some brackets, but painted mounts corrode and undo the point of a stainless camera. Use the stainless -SE mounts; tell us the position and we list the right one.
How does it compare with the P3268-SLVE?
Both are 4K stainless domes. The Q3538-SLVE has a much larger 1/1.2″ sensor, 50/60 fps, Gigabit networking and a wider temperature range; the P3268-SLVE runs on Class 3 PoE and costs less.
What else do I need to get it recording?
A PoE switch or injector that can deliver PoE Class 4 (802.3at, up to 23 W), a network cable, and something to record to — a microSD card in the camera for edge recording, an Axis Camera Station or ONVIF-compatible VMS/NVR, or a NAS. None of these are in the box. Tell us how many cameras and how many days of footage you need and we size the switch and storage with you.
What warranty and support do I get in Cyprus?
Singular gives a direct 1-year warranty and handles the first contact locally in Limassol. Axis publishes a 5-year warranty on this model, and for the remaining years we assist you with the Axis process. Configuration questions (streams, analytics, VMS integration) can come straight to us.
