AXIS P1265 Mk II — Modular Pinhole Camera
1080pPinhole8 m cablePoE
The AXIS P1265 Mk II (part number 02858-001) is a modular pinhole camera for discreet indoor surveillance. The tiny sensor unit with a 3.7 mm F2.5 pinhole lens is installed in a wall, panel, ATM or kiosk, and the separate main unit handles network, power and recording. An 8 m black cable connects the two, and the sensor can sit up to 15 m from the main unit with longer cables. It records 1920 × 1080 at up to 25/30 fps, with H.264, H.265 and Zipstream, microSD or NAS recording, AXIS Object Analytics and Live Privacy Shield. It is powered by PoE Class 2 (max. 4.1 W). In practice it watches a till, counter or entrance without a visible camera.
Compatibility — check before buying:
No audio — AXIS lists audio as not supported on this model. It is for indoor or covert use only (IP3X, −20 to 45 °C). The sensor unit must be built into a surface with a small hole for the lens. This part number is one camera; the 10-pack is 02858-021. Longer cables (AXIS F7301, F7315) are sold separately. Not sure? Tell us your model and we check it for you.
