The AXIS P3285-LV (02980-001) is an indoor 2 MP dome camera from Axis’s P32 series with deep-learning analytics on board. At 1080p it runs up to 60 frames per second, so fast movement at a till or a turnstile stays sharp, and the remote-zoom lens goes from a 100° room view to a 32° view of a doorway without anyone climbing a ladder. A built-in acoustic sensor adds audio analytics — glass break, screams, shouting — as extra triggers. It is powered over one network cable (PoE Class 3, max 10 W), records to a microSD card or a NAS if you want it to, and streams H.264, H.265, AV1 and Motion JPEG to Axis Camera Station or any ONVIF-compatible VMS.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Indoor only. It is rated IP54 and 0–50 °C, with no weathershield — do not fit it outside or in an unheated space; the outdoor twin is the P3285-LVE 10 mm (02981-001). The built-in acoustic sensor is for audio analytics, not for recording conversations with a speaker; there is no audio output on the camera. Network is Fast Ethernet (100 Mbps) — any PoE switch port works. No memory card, no PoE injector and no mounts beyond the camera itself are included. Not sure it fits your site? Frequently Asked Questions

Can I install it outdoors?
No. The P3285-LV is rated IP54 and 0–50 °C and has no weathershield. For outside walls order the P3285-LVE 10 mm (02981-001), which adds IP66/IP67, NEMA 4X and operation down to -40 °C.
Does it record sound?
It has an acoustic sensor used by AXIS Audio Analytics to detect events such as glass break, screams, shouting or speech. It is an analytics input, not a recording microphone with a speaker; there is no audio output on the camera.
What else do I need to get it recording?
A PoE switch or injector that can deliver PoE Class 3 (max 10 W), a network cable, and something to record to — a microSD card in the camera for edge recording, an Axis Camera Station or ONVIF-compatible VMS/NVR, or a NAS. None of these are in the box. Tell us how many cameras and how many days of footage you need and we size the switch and storage with you.
What warranty and support do I get in Cyprus?
Singular gives a direct 1-year warranty and handles the first contact locally in Limassol. Axis publishes a 5-year warranty on this model, and for the remaining years we assist you with the Axis process. Configuration questions (streams, analytics, VMS integration) can come straight to us.
