be quiet! Pure Power 12 850W — ATX 3.1 Power Supply with 12V-2x6, 80 PLUS Gold
850W80 PLUS GoldATX 3.112V-2x6
The be quiet! Pure Power 12 850W is an ATX 3.1 power supply with 80 PLUS Gold efficiency and a native PCIe 5.1 12V-2x6 connector, a quiet and affordable choice for gaming PCs with current graphics cards that do not need modular cables.
A single +12 V rail of 70.9 A (900 W peak), efficiency of 92.2% / 92.7% / 90.5% at 20 / 50 / 100% load on 230 V and a 120 mm rifle-bearing fan that stays at 8.7–9.0 dB(A) up to half load make it one of the quieter units in its class.
Before you order: This is the NON-modular version: all cables are permanently attached. Plan routing space in compact cases, or choose a modular unit such as the Power Zone 2.

What It Means in Practice
- Runs an RTX 4070 Ti Super / 5070 Ti or RX 7900 XT class card with a modern CPU without adapters thanks to the native 12V-2x6 cable.
- Near-silent below 50% load (8.7–9.0 dB(A)) — the PSU will not be what you hear while gaming.
- Fixed cables cost less and have no connector to work loose — a good choice for a straightforward mid-tower build.
What Will Not Work
- Modular cable management — unused cables stay in the case.
- SFX / SFX-L small-form-factor cases.
- RTX 4090/5090 builds with high-end CPUs that recommend 1000 W or more.
