The Belkin Secure Holder with Wire Cable for AirTag, part number MSC009BTBK, holds one Apple AirTag in a hard shell and attaches it to a bag, a suitcase, a bicycle, a toolbox or anything else you can loop a cable around. What separates it from a keyring holder is how it fastens: a flexible wire cable that threads through a handle or frame, closed with a screw lock tightened by a hex key. That takes a tool to remove, which is exactly what you want on luggage or equipment left unattended. The open design keeps any custom engraving on the AirTag visible, and the holder shields the tag against scratches. Compatibility — check before buying:
For the Apple AirTag only — it does not fit Tile, Samsung SmartTag or other trackers, and the AirTag is not included. Each holder takes one AirTag and the pack contains one holder. This is an open design and is not sealed: Belkin publishes no water rating for it, so for a dog collar, a bike left in the rain or checked luggage that gets soaked, choose the IPX8 Waterproof Secure Holder (MSC013) instead. The wire cable is silver, not colour-matched to the holder. Keep the hex key — you need it to release the cable.

Wire cable, not a key ring
The flexible wire cable threads through a bag handle, a bike frame, a suitcase grab handle or a tool case latch. It attaches to things a split ring cannot, and it does not rattle against keys.
Hex-key screw lock
The cable closes with a screw that needs a hex key to open. A casual hand cannot pull the tracker off, which matters on luggage at an airport or a bike left at a rack — the whole point of tagging those items in the first place.
Advanced scratch protection
The shell holds the AirTag off the surfaces it is strapped to, so the tag does not get scuffed by a zip pull, a bike frame or the inside of a case.
Open design keeps engraving visible

This is the AirTag holder for things that are not keys. Most holders assume a split ring, which is useless on a suitcase handle, a bicycle frame or a flight case. The wire cable solves that, and the hex-key screw lock changes the security story: a tracker that can be unclipped by hand in two seconds does very little for a bag on an airport carousel or a bike at a rack. The trade-off is that it is open and unsealed — excellent scratch protection, no weather protection — so pick the waterproof MSC013 if the item lives outside. And keep the hex key.
